She has been performing and teaching music for over 20 years and sharing sound baths in and around Bristol and Wales for the past three years.Tara has used music to create meaningful connections for most of her life through performing and teaching music in various environments including special schools, bands, care homes and community settings. The move to specifically study the healing power of sound was a natural step to deepen her understanding of how music and sounds can positively alter ones physical, emotional and spiritual state through deep listening, intention setting and energetic interaction with specific instruments.
