We’re here to make sure your views and experiences are used by decision-makers to plan and deliver better health and social care services. 

When things go wrong our independent and trained complaints advocates can support you to make a complaint.

Llais would like to hear what life is like for those who care for their loved ones, both positive and negative, so that we can share this with the relevant providers in order for their services to meet the needs of carers in the best possible way.

During the event we will be holding short presentations on the role of Llais and its Complaints Advocacy Services, as well as running an interactive session for people to get their voices heard.
