Your facilitator:Taylor Edmonds is a writer, poet and creative facilitator from Barry in South Wales. She is the founder of Writing for Joy, her creative company where she provides creative writing and wellbeing workshops for both adults and young people. Workshops are centred around the positive impact creativity can have on mental health and wellbeing, through mindfulness, creative expression and creative voice. She also runs a monthly online journal club, centred around nature and the seasons.
