Hip-hop and graffiti annual festival in Cardiff, Roxe Jam draws local and international street artists to Cardiff. This event was set up in the memory of a young graffiti writer, Bill Lockwood, popularly known as Roxe. The Green Man is a music and arts festival in Cardiff.
