Activities may include rock painting, leaf printing, relaxed mark-making, positive affirmation postcards, collaborative artwork, and more. No artistic experience is needed. These sessions focus on creativity, wellbeing, mindfulness, and relaxation in a welcoming and supportive environment.You'll be guided through each activity in a supportive, non-judgmental environment, with plenty of flexibility.
