1. AXLE DEADLIFT FOR REPS
Beginner Women = 100kg
Novice Women = 120kg
Beginner Men = 180kg
Novice Men = 200kg
2. LOG FOR REPS
Beginner Women = 35kg
Novice Women = 45kg
Beginner Men = 70kg
Novice Men = 80kg
3. GRIP GAUNTLET
Thor's hammer, Thor's hammer, Thor's hammer, Block, Hub, globe,
Axle Deadlift double overhand
Each of the 1st Six objects must be loaded onto a low platform, these may be done in any order you like. But all 6 must be completed before you can do the Axle.
If you can't complete the 1st 6 objects you won't be allowed to attempt the Axle.

A) Thor's hammer 30kg
B) Thor's hammer 37.5kg
C) Thor's hammer 42.5kg
D) Block 17.5kg
E) Hub 10kg
F) Globe 10kg
G) Axle 65kg
Weights Men
A) Thor's hammer 55kg
B) Thor's hammer 62.5kg
C) Thor's hammer 65kg
D) Block 40kg
E) Hub 15kg
F) Globe 15kg
G) Axle 125kg
Both categories will use the same Weights.
4. SANDBAG MEDLEY RUN
Athletes start at the START/FINISH line
The lightest bag will be 15m away
The middle bag being 10m away
The heaviest bag being 5m away.
YOU CAN COLLECT THE BAGS IN ANY ORDER YOU DESIRE
Beginner Women = 30, 40, 50kg
Novice Women = 40, 50, 60kg
Beginner Men = 60, 80, 90kg
Novice Men = 80, 90, 100kg
5. FARMER CARRY INTO ZERCHER YOKE CARRY
Farmers for 7.5m there and back
Zercher for 5m
