The session will involve hand sculpting clay, you can either follow Ray’s instruction to make a pot or let your creativity flow with this wonderful tactile medium and create your own individual sculpture. This is a great hands-on way to channel your creativity.The session will be held in the cozy, tranquil, private yurt in Paradise Gardens. All supplies will be provided, including a tray for you to take your creation home on. You can buy teas or coffees from the bar and tap water will be provided.Chin Up Cardiff is dedicated to creating a safe and empowering space for survivors of sexual assault in Wales. Foster a non-therapeutic environment that allows individuals with similar experiences to come together, find validation, and navigate their healing journey at their own pace.It is completely FREE to attend the session.
