This will be a MIXED TEAM COMP - At least one member of the team must be a female.

Can be an all FEMALE team

TEAMS - 3 or 4 people per team

£30 per athlete secures your entry
TEAM of 3 = £90
TEAM of 4 = £120
£5 per each sign up goes towards Together we lift

Includes T-shirt (with team name on the back)
Trophy for 1st place team

1. OVERHEAD MADNESS MEDLEY

16 Implements to be lifted from the ground to overhead.
 
10kg DB, 30kg Bar, 40kg Axle, 41kg Log
20kg DB, 45kg Bar 55kg Axle, 60kg Log 
35kg DB, 65kg Bar 75kg Axle, 80kg Log 


2. SQUAT FROM RACK

Max reps in 90 seconds
 
80kg for Female athletes 
140kg for Male athletes 

3. SANDBAG CHAOS

2 minute timer
Sandbag wheelbarrow race  
10m course 
Sandbag = 30, 40, 50, 60, 70, 80, 90, 100kg
Sandstone Sand ball = 60, 80, 100kg
 
4. MAX FARMER DISTANCE

Max distance Farmer walk 
15m lengths, 90 second time limit 

55kg per hand for Female athletes 
75kg per hand for Male athletes
