To appoint a Chair and a Minute Taker for the Meeting.2. To hear the reading of the Purpose & Objects of the Association.3. To receive mInutes of the 2 nd Annual General Meeting held on 25 November 2024 atWoodville Baptist Church, and to approve them with any amendments as may be requiredas a correct record.4. To receive a report and accounts from the Committee [Note 1].5. To appoint members to serve on the Committee for the coming year [Notes 2, 3, 4 & 5].6. Any Other Business pertinent to the Association.Notes:1. Attached is the report & accounts.2. Current Committee members comprise those elected at the 2 nd AGM together with co-optees, and comprise: Ant Warland [Chair], Chris Lewis [Secretary], Wyn Williams [Treasurer], Andrew Wyatt, Stephanie Dowd, Tacha Huber, Christine Wyatt, Clare Richardson3. Any member may put themselves forward as a committee member.4. Every individual member has one vote.5. Individual members shall elect between 3 and 8 members to the Committee.6. After the meeting has closed there will be a brief update on the Save Maindy Velodromecampaign and opportunity for questions.DonationIt would help us hugely if you would consider giving a donation of £3 to help cover the cost of hall hire. Any money left over will be used to fund our next leaflet to the community with an update about the on-going campaign issues.
