- **Event Description**: It is upon us, the time of the year where we can gather as a community to honour the practice of yoga, those who came before us, those who are with us and those to come.  Lets celebrate yoga as one, nothing and infinite.

This is our 4th edition of a free gathering on International Yoga Day 21st June, taking to the sand and summer solstice sunset at Carcavelos Beach to do our self practice of 108 Surya Namaskar.  This is a self practice drawing upon the collective energy of a community.

We will meet near Angels Bar Carcavelos at around 7:15pm, for practice to begin from 7:30pm onwards.

No need to formally register (feel free to click going/share), this is purely a community of yogis gathering to honour their practice of yoga. 

Ps we will practice on fairly hard wet sand, often its best to bring a towel or rug rather than a rubber mat.
