The ride itself is a breathtaking 220 km scenic clockwise loop around the Baccalieu Trail.

Riders can expect approximately 3.5 hours in the saddle, with three planned stops along the way, totalling about 1 hour and 45 minutes to relax, refuel, and enjoy the camaraderie.

In our opinion, this is hands-down the best charity ride on the Avalon Peninsula. From the unforgettable ride itself, to the outstanding food and service provided by the Red Ochre Cafe, and the incredible grand prize from Canadian Medical Products, this event truly has it all.

Registration is $50 with an additional $20 for a passenger.  Registration includes a complimentary lunch (courtesy of the Red Ochre Cafe), a Ride for the Health of It t-shirt and one door prize ticket.

Registration begins at 9 AM. There will be free Tim Hortons, coffee and muffins.

We will be revealing some of our amazing door prizes in the coming weeks.

Door Prize Draws:
Once your door prize ticket has been drawn, it will not go back to be drawn again.

Grand Prize:
For the 6th year in a row, courtesy of Canadian Medical Products, the Grand Prize is a trip for 2 to Montreal to see a Canadiens game!  This includes return airfare, hotel and tickets to the game of your choice!

Fundraising Incentive:
If you raise $100, you will receive FREE Registration (which includes the complimentary lunch, a Ride for the Health of It t-shirt and one door prize ticket) and 1 ticket for the Grand Prize.

For every additional $100 raised, you get an additional ticket for the Grand Prize!

The ride finishes at the Danny Cleary Stadium in Harbour Grace around 3:30 PM for prize draws and goodbyes.  You must 
be in attendance to claim prizes.

The Ride for the Health of It is committed to providing a safe welcoming and family environment for all participants.

To help maintain this atmosphere, we work closely with law enforcement.

Members of outlaw motorcycle gangs, and affiliated support clubs, are not permitted to attend this event.  Anyone wearing or displaying club colours, patches, insignia, or other identifying apparel will not be able to participate in this event.
