Together, we’ll enjoy a Rustic Italian meal — from antipasto to lemon curd parfaits — and you’ll leave with recipes, inspiration, and everything you need to recreate the experience at home… all you have to do is just add friends.In this demonstration cooking class, you’ll learn how to prepare a rustic Italian menu that’s ideal for sharing. Upon arrival savor a colorful antipasto platter as you meet new friends. We’ll start the class with a demonstration of how to make a refreshing Aperol Spritz. For those who wish to try the cocktail they will be available for purchase at the bar. As you settle in with your drink we’ll serve the main course - a comforting chicken marsala with buttery pasta and vegetable side served with crusty Italian bread for dipping in olive oil mixed with herbs.While you enjoy dinner, you will learn how to make this dish at home for your guests.  Not everything has to be made from scratch! Our dessert is a bright lemon parfait made with shortbread cookies, lemon curd, and vanilla bean whipped cream. We’ll show you how to make your own whipped cream for a touch of homemade sweetness.You’ll experience the meal as a dinner party guest — eating laughing and learning along the way.
