Gather with community to honor loved ones and acknowledge the complexities of grief during the holiday season.
Together, we will engage in a candle-lighting ritual, share in supportive group reflection, and explore meaningful tools and practices for remembering those we’ve lost - at holiday gatherings and throughout this time of year.
This gathering offers a compassionate space to be held by others while navigating the holidays with tender or broken hearts.
Participants will leave with practical suggestions and gentle ways to honor their loved ones and care for themselves during this season.
All are invited to register for the Pathfinders Breathwork session following this gathering if this would support you.
This offering is presented in partnership with Pathfinders and the Connection is the Medicine Foundation.
