educational program designed to help individuals living with prediabetes or diabetes make lasting changes through practical guidance on diet and exercise.

Each month, participants will explore new topics related to nutrition and physical activity, with tools and strategies tailored to manage blood sugar levels. Whether you’re newly diagnosed or looking to improve your habits. This program offers the structure and support you need to thrive.

Classes rotate between Herrin and Carbondale, and are held
on the second Thursday of every month from 4:30 - 5:30 p.m.
