Reservations cut off a few hours before event. Every guest needs a paid seat (kids included), since our studios are capacity-limited. Payment is due at booking, and you'll get a confirmation email once it goes throughWhen to arrive:Please plan arrive no sooner than 5 to 10 minutes before the painting starts. That's your time to grab a drink, find your seat, and meet the instructor before we start painting. We always do our best to catch up anyone that arrives late, but a late arrival may result in an unfinished painting. If all guests don’t arrive 20 minutes after the event start time the event will be cancelled.What to wear:We provide everyone with an apron, but acrylic paint is unpredictable and it is permanent when it dries. Please wear something you wouldn't mind to get paint on!Age policy:All ages are welcome, but we do recommend 5 years old and up. Anyone under 13 years old needs an adult with them, and every guest needs a paid seat even if you're just there to keep a kid company. To bring & drink alcohol, you'll need to be 21+ with a valid IDRefund/Cancellation:Cancellation Policy:Refunds will be offered only due to class cancellations on the part of Project Human XProject Human X reserves the right to cancel classes for unforeseen circumstances. Registrants will be notified at least 6 hours prior to class time when possible and refunds will be processed.If you notify the studio 48 hours prior to your reservation date, a studio credit may be issued for you to use towards a future class.If you notify the studio 2 hours or less from the class start time, no credit will be issued.Bad Weather: Class will cancel if a weather emergency is declared or we determine the roads to be too unsafe to travel on, otherwise our cancellation policy is as stated above. In the rare case of a class cancelling due to poor weather conditions, studio credit will be issued to all registered guests.
