5:00 PM – Doors open! Browse the Silent Auction and grab your tickets for the Basket of Cheer and Split the Pot drawings. Hors d’oeuvres will be served—perfect for nibbling while you explore!

5:00–6:15 PM – Let your toes tap to the live bluegrass sounds of Murphy’s Bandits.

6:15 PM – Welcome! Get settled, soak in the atmosphere, and get ready for a night full of fun and surprises.

6:25 PM – Door prizes! Who will be our lucky winners?

6:45 PM – Silent Auction closes—make sure you’ve placed your final bids!

7:00–7:45 PM – Live Auction! Bid on incredible local art and unique experiences—let the friendly competition begin.

7:45 PM – Exciting drawings: Split the Pot and Basket of Cheer, plus Silent Auction winners announced.

7:45 PM – Celebrate your winnings. Treat yourself to dessert while checking out your new treasures.

8:15 PM – Bars close and final check-out.

8:30 PM – Time to say goodnight—thank you for celebrating art, community, and creativity with us!
