Salty air, toes in the sand, vitamin sea, vitamin D, and a dose of negative ions — all wrapped in community, movement, and giving back.

Join me Sundays, Starting August 31dt, at 9:30 AM at Blacks Beach for a 75-minute all-levels beach yoga flow. Breathe, stretch, and move with the ocean while supporting the Marine Mammal Care Center.

50% of all donations collected through the end of September go directly to their work protecting and rehabilitating marine life in need. 

Nourish your body, support the sea.

- All levels welcome
- Bring a towel or mat + water
- Suggested donation: $10–$30. No one will be turned away for lack of funds.
