Each rider must be individually registered and you must wear a helmet. E-bikes are great. We'll continue on the trail to the Minnesota Ave. Metro station bridge crossing I-295 -- noting how highways divide communities -- and take the Anacostia River Trail to the Benning Road NE bridge. We'll make a stop at Kingman and Heritage Islands, an opportunity to discuss wetlands, and continue to the RFK stadium site and talk about parking, transit, and impervious surface.
