Latin Cardio Dance Fitness Class
Latin Dance is a fitness program that combines Latin dance moves with high-energy cardio exercises.
This program is designed to help participants improve their cardiovascular endurance, coordination, and overall fitness level while having fun dancing to popular Latin rhythms.
The program typically involves choreographed dance routines incorporating salsa, merengue, reggaeton, bachata, chachacha, hip hop, and other Latin styles.

Once you join, you will be addicted to this.
This class can be with or without count 32 music.
