MEMOs Conference 2025: New Encounters

MEMOs Conference 2025: New Encounters, Cape Town, South Africa and Online, 11th-14th December 2025. A conference that invites proposals for papers, panels, and workshops that address cultural histories of medieval (500-1450 CE) and early modern (1450-1750 CE) encounters between Europeans, especially the English, and the Islamic world across Africa, Asia, and Europe. Proposals should be submitted to by 1 March 2025.
