Cape Town 3rd July 2025. The iconic Mavericks Revue Bar is making headlines again with its latest event—its first-ever Oil Wrestling Contest taking place for one night only on Friday 25 July 2025. This Battle Oil Royale promises a thrilling night of athletic tension oily brawls and an all-round sexy showdown.

For the first time Mavericks transforms into a battle arena where the city’s fiercest girls (coated in oil of course) take each other on in a series of high-energy high-drama contests.

Each match unfolds in front of a live audience with girls battling it out in the slickest contest the venue has ever hosted. The evening promises wild energy and edge brought to life with the signature glamour and entertainment that defines Mavericks.

A line up of Mavericks wildest dancers will be battling it out for the total prize fund of ZAR 15000. 

Guests can book early on Dineplan for ringside seats and look forward to a premium viewing experience or walk in and watch from the bar or the rear booths. As always a Mavericks full menu of drinks and famous dining options will be available.

Doors open at 7pm. Matches start at 9pm. Bookings for the event are available via Dineplan.
