At the heart of the night is Craig’s single “1989”, a playful, heartfelt pop anthem inspired by his lifelong love of pop music and storytelling. Beyond the music, this event is also held in support of the Warren and Arlene Lucas Foundation, a community-based organisation working to strengthen early childhood development initiatives on the Cape Flats. 10% of the net income from the show will be donated to the Foundation, supporting its work with young children, families, and early learning centres in under-resourced communities.
