Bree street Sundays

This Sunday it is Bree St Sundays with a new appearance by @thriftfest to bring a market on the day* and @urbansketcherscapetown as a community sketching of the car-free environment.

‘Shortmarket Social’ also returns with all the eateries and shops being open between Long and Bree via Shortmarket with music coordinated by @thehouseofmachines_cpt from 11 to 5!

📍 Bree Street (Wale to Strand, including Shortmarket)

This is a weekly open-street experiment that tests what our city feels like when the road works for people, not just for cars. Most cafés, restaurants, and shops on Bree are open — come spend time, bring friends, bring kids, bring your board, your bike, your book, your ball.
