Master over 101 aerial yoga poses with guidance on sequencing and flowing creatively into new moves.

Essential rigging, safety, spotting, and adjustment techniques to ensure a confident, secure practice.

Breathwork and pranayama training tailored for aerial yoga practice.

Techniques for integrating mantras, sound, and the voice into your teaching.

Floating Yoga Nidra, meditation, and savasana techniques like you’ve never experienced before!

Sticking with the Chakra System of Pyramid Yoga's Scientific approach, we'll dive into an overview of each chakra & their translation into particular styles of teaching according to each center as follows:

Earth (Muladhara): Foundations of strength, grounding, and low-flying restorative practices.

Water (Swadhistana): Cultivating flow, hip openers, and creative sequencing.

Fire (Manipura): Building core strength and dynamic power for more advanced aerial poses.

Air (Anahata): Exploring heart-opening backbends that feel spacious and supported.

Ether (Vishuddha): Engaging with the power of the voice, sound healing, and mantras in class.

Ajna (Electro Magnetism): Finding the balance in your aerial Yoga practice & teaching methods. Standing and balancing poses are incorporated as well as the art of concentration.

Sahasrara (Awareness): Balancing energy and expanding consiousness to advance into flips, tricks, and deeper meditative states.

Whether you’re drawn to the physical challenge, the energetic depth, or the spiritual connection, this training offers something for every body and every journey.

Included in this Course:

- Comprehensive training manual
