Hosted by Selina from Vanasana Flow.About this EventDetails:- Everyone meets at Cape Schanck Lighthouse carpark.- Car pool to Bushrangers Bay carpark where walk begins.- 2.6km walk to Bushrangers Bay beach (approx. 35 mins)- Group meditation on the beach (30 mins)- [optional beach exploration]- 3km walk to Lighthouse (approx. 45 mins)- Picnic lunchTotal time = approx. 3 - 4 hours.Option to want to stay and chat or explore the area afterwards is up to each individual so long as we all ensure those who drove to the other carpark get a lift back and noone is left behind.Parking/entry is free.The track is relatively easy to walk, however be mindful there are mildly steep areas and stairs in sections as well as the possibility of seeing snakes so if this is a concern, please take this into consideration.Deadline to register will be 5pm Thursday 13th November.For the safety of the group , and also to ensure this is a quality experience for everyone, the available spots will be limited to 15 maximum.If you have registered and decide you won't be able to make it before the deadline, please de-register to give someone else the opportunity to attend.A message will be sent to everyone the day before with meeting details. If the weather forecast looks questionable by this point, the event will be postponed for a later date.
