A Brew Flight is included in ticket and can will add to the experience of the cheese pairings and their accompaniments. ✨🍀

What You Will Learn:

• Irish Cheese pairing with Brew Flight and accompaniments: Learn what makes your select cheese special and how to spot them in the store for your pairing at home!
• Charcuterie Folding: Learn the professional secrets behind meat folds and styling to create beautiful, photo-ready boards every time.
• Plating & Presentation: Discover how to balance flavors and colors to build a cohesive and appetizing display.

The Venue:

The class takes place at Cold Spring Brewery, New Jersey’s first non-profit brewery. Located in a restored 1804 barn, the brewery provides a unique, rustic atmosphere for the workshop.
