Ted Costa is a certified yoga instructor since 2017, and in 2020 he graduated a 4-year program based on personal healing and meditation. His meditation approach is based on working kindly and honestly with ourselves as we are in the present moment.  Besides that, he co-owns Keep It Real Coffee Company and enjoys the company of his wife and children, dog, friends, family, and meditation communities, which make life way more fun and meaningful.
