Skip the bar scene and spend your Friday evening in a refreshing, alcohol-free way. We’ll begin with a meaningful, themed community check-in, followed by a 60-minute yoga practice. This uplifting flow invites you to connect with your breath, body, and rhythm in a positive, supportive space.

After class, stay to enjoy tea and connection—a welcoming opportunity to build community and celebrate togetherness. Whether you’re sober, sober-curious, or simply looking for a different kind of night out, all are welcome.
