What better way to relax on a summer season Saturday than by learning the fundamental tools of mindfulness that we can then use anywhere, anytime? 

Find some calm in this great city and have some fun with other meditators!

Location: Portland Head Light, 1000 Shore Road, Cape Elizabeth, ME 04107. The exact location will be provided via email a day before the event.

Registration: Please use the form to register for this event so that we may email participants with updates in case of bad weather. 

Potluck picnic: The free meditation event will be followed by a potluck picnic. Feel free to bring along a vegetarian dish to share!

Weather: If the weather looks, well, perhaps not too good for being outside, this page will be updated, and everyone registered will be emailed with an update on the plans.
