This isn’t a performative class—there are zero expectations. It’s an opportunity to reconnect with your breath and your body, give your mind a focused break, and prepare yourself for the week ahead.

We begin with soft meditative music, gentle breathwork, and a slow, easy warm-up. Together we’ll move through the joints, check in with the body, and notice where we may be holding tension without even realizing it. Once we become aware of it, we can begin the practice of letting it go.

After warming up, we’ll slowly settle into 10–15 unique postures, sometimes using props such as blocks or straps for support. These carefully selected positions are designed to gently stretch and release some of the body’s most overworked areas, offering a relaxed and accessible approach to Yin Yoga.

To close our practice, you’ll enjoy a gentle warming lavender eye mask and a one-of-a-kind full-body release designed to guide you softly into savasana.
