Spring Sunset Sunday Beach Circle

Join us for a Sunset Sunday Beach Circle as we gather by the water to welcome the changing season. This gentle yoga stretch focuses on twists to help support digestion & invites the body to soften and release, followed by a deeply nourishing savasana infused with Reiki energy.

We’ll close with a refreshing spring cleanse elixir, supporting renewal and intention as we prepare for the Spring Equinox. Come move, rest, and reset as the sun melts into the horizon. 🌅✨
