Learn why Rick believes it's time to put residents first, rein in government spending, protect our constitutional freedoms, improve infrastructure, and ensure growth is managed responsibly, not driven by special interests.

As a retired U.S. Army Green Beret and Ranger-qualified Sergeant Major with more than 32 years of service, Rick has led through some of the world's toughest challenges. Now, he's answering the call once again, this time to serve the people of Cape Coral with integrity, transparency, and proven leadership.
