As time passes by and our bodies + mind age a yogi mindset (both on and off the mat) can help us to feel better physically && mentally

Join us of workshops geared towards those in perimenopause, menopause && beyond. We will discuss biological shifts and managing symptoms to support overall wellbeing.

Unlike our grandmothers, we have more resources for staying physically fit and know more about health risks as we age. Using breath practice, yoga postures and meditation we can better develop cognitive flexibility, maintain and improve stamina and maintain bone density.

In this 90 minute workshops we will move past restrictive mindsets and limiting beliefs to build confidence both on and off the mat.
