Let's take yoga off the mat + onto your chair!

Chair yoga is practiced sitting on a chair, or standing using a chair for support. If getting up and down from floor to standing is a challenge or if you are looking to get creative at your desk chair this class is for you!

Space + chairs are limited so register in advance and get ready for some fun!
