Vinyasa Yoga Teacher Training 200hr
Whether you are a student seeking to become a teacher, an existing Yoga teacher looking to discover new and effective teaching methods, or a Yoga student simply looking for a deeper understanding of Yoga, this teacher training program will guide and support you on your journey.
This is a part-time training program that combines important Yogic concepts and traditional asana with modern, creative, playful approaches to understanding and teaching Yoga.
Our 200-hour Yoga Alliance accredited Vinyasa Teacher Training (YA ID 225445) programme is led by Lauren Mensikovas and a dynamic group of instructors that will inspire and train you to teach safe and transformative Yoga classes, as well as incorporate the wisdom and practice of Yoga into your life.
Each student will develop a greater understanding of the physical and mental practices, as well as allowing the student to teach from a powerful place of authenticity.
There is an emphasis on teaching practical’s and giving/receiving constructive feedback, as well as voice training for clarity and correct pronunciation.
Our Dedicated Touch;
Mzansi School of Yoga manages Yoga in several environments and industries, including fitness centres, luxury hospitality, Grapevine Yoga, festivals, Yoga experiences, Workplace Wellness, Yoga for Sports, workshops & continuing education, public & private classes, fundraising events; our vision here is to provide student teachers the opportunity to teach in an environment that inspires them.
We pride ourselves on our post-grad program with a family-network of teachers ever ready to assist and support.
Included in our teacher training is an Adult & Child CPR & AED certification, this is important to us, and should be considered the bare minimum for any person managing physical activities. Our strategy for the future is to provide full First Aid certification. Safety first, second and third!
On successful completion, graduates can register with the International Yoga Alliance as a Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT). Yoga Alliance provides the Yoga world with support in countless respects, you will then be part of a global community.
Be advised, a dedicated Yoga practice is a bonus, not a prerequisite; we provide grassroots education and endless support. The training requires 100% commitment to protect both the student and the school. There are means of making up hours that are unavoidably missed, however this may incur extra costs.
In saying that, there is an application process participants must go through so the school can best plan training groups.
