As we can choose our own route, Train with Tia is inviting you to be part of a group of women to hike from Constantia Nek circle to De Villiers Dam, followed by a picnic at the top.  

The hike is predominantly a flat road until the ascent to the top which doesn't include any chains/ropes to climb ;)

Should you wish to join the hike/challenge, please enter via the link, hit going on this event and let's look forward to a great time together. 

Meeting point: Constantia Nek Parking lot 
Time: 8 am (we can start our hike at 08h30)
Bring: A backpack with snacks, water and a packed lunch.
