Join me for a fun and interactive advanced photography workshop in Cape Town.

We'll explore city life and street photography and the focus will be on taking photos all day long.

After the workshop you'll have the choice to participate in my Artist Challenge. Details will be revealed at the workshop... But there will be prizes!

1. There will be a short discussion and handout on tips and tricks of street photography (I've been an avid street photographer when I lived overseas). 
2. Then we'll go out into the streets with our cameras and capture Cape Town city life where I'll be available for any questions and help, because I'll be shooting too. 
3. Street photography gives you the perfect opportunity to practice your shooting skills and to be really creative. There are loads to photograph, angles and lines to consider and use creatively, people to 'catch', reflections, shadows, sunlight and all kinds of challenges to overcome.
4. Street photography was how I learned to think on the spot, make decisions and to think creatively about a photo. 
5. A part of street photography is overcoming fear... yes, really! Fear of asking people if you can take their photo, fear of missing a moment, fear of being in a public place and taking photos of life as it happens in a discreet way. It's a huge confidence building opportunity and a skill every photographer needs.
6. And, you'll have the opportunity to dip your toes into a type of photography that's not being done much, together with a group of people all carrying a camera, so you can just relax and blend in with the group and enjoy practicing your photography skills.

The price of the workshop is R2500 and includes coffee/tea and lunch on the day, and you'll also receive a booklet with tips and tricks.
