About the event

Weaving Circle
Come together in nature with other weavers to cultivate calm, clarity and connection.

About this Event

Calling all basket weavers, crafters, and slow makers!

This monthly Weaving Circle is a free opportunity to come together to connect and create.

All genders, abilities, and expressions of identity are welcome.

Please note this is not a structured workshop/class, and you need to bring your own supplies. Materials are not provided for you. You don't have to be an advanced weaver to join this circle -- we all learn from each other and share skills -- but knowing a basic technique is suggested. If you do not yet know how to weave and would like to learn, please check out Heartwood's workshop options.

The May Weaving Circle event is held at in the gardens at IndigiScapes, in Capalaba. Registrations let your host know how many people to expect, and help her communicate where to meet on the day. A pin location is sent via email in the week prior to the event.

Our location shifts each month; if you have a suggestion please get in touch!
