- **Event Description**: This November, VFH is proud to support South East Queensland Animal Rescue, a small, not-for-profit organisation dedicated to rescuing and re-homing animals in need. 

SEQ Animal Rescue relies on the kindness of volunteers and donations to provide every animal with the love and care they deserve. Many of their animals come from neglect or abandonment, while others are surrendered. Once in their care, each one receives proper nutrition, veterinary care, exercise, training, and rehabilitation to prepare them for a safe, loving, forever home. 

Our End of Month Charity Session is open to the whole community, so bring a friend (or two!). If you haven’t trained with us before, please complete our pre-exercise questionnaire before attending. On the day, simply bring along a gold coin donation for SEQ Animal Rescue.
