Chef Rob has crafted an exclusive six-course menu, each dish perfectly paired with selections from Zin Valle Vineyards and Aurellia’s. A showcase of balance, creativity, and winter warmth. ❄️
The dinner also includes the first-ever local El Paso winery and brewery collaboration beer- “Dubbel Dog”, a Belgian-style ale aged in Zin Valle’s Man’s Best Friend Merlot barrels.
The label stars Dozer, a sweet pup who’s been at El Paso Animal Services for over a year- one of their longest residents since November 12, 2024. 🐾 He’s still waiting for his forever home, and trust us, he’s such a good boy. ❤️
