What Is Winter? — Collage, Mixed Media & Assemblage Workshop
Sunday, November 30 | 1–4 PM
Village Arts Factory, 50755 Cherry Hill Rd, Canton, MI
Make art part of your Thanksgiving weekend! Join artist and designer Daniel Zuber for What Is Winter?, a hands-on creative workshop exploring the textures, moods, and meanings of the winter season through collage, mixed media, and assemblage.
Discover how to translate your thoughts and feelings about winter into visual poetry using a wide variety of materials—papers, textures, metal, wood, found objects, stamps, and more. Whether you’re inspired by the chill in the air or the warmth of the holidays, Daniel will guide you through creating something simple, abstract, or deeply personal.
All tools and supplies are provided, from paint and glue guns to Mod Podge, wire, nails, and cutting tools—just bring your imagination!
Daniel Zuber, a graduate with honors from the College for Creative Studies with a BFA in Visual Communication, brings his background as a graphic designer, food photographer, and avid crafter to this fun, experimental session.
