We believe that taking care of the environment and supporting our community go hand in hand, and that thoughtful, responsible practices lead to better beer, stronger relationships, and a healthier future for everyone.

At Trillium, that commitment shows up in everything we do. We’ve implemented solar energy, produce corn & grain for our brewery & distillery on our Connecticut farm, and reintroduced CO₂ recapture technology, capturing the CO₂ naturally produced during fermentation to carbonate our beer. Our 20-car electric vehicle charging station runs partly on solar power, and we turn spent grain into nutrient-rich compost with arborists’ wood chips to enrich our gardens and landscaping. Together, these practices reduce our impact while keeping quality and flavor front and center.

That same mindset extends beyond our walls. We support conservation efforts, champion sustainable practices, and work to expand access to fresh, locally grown food.

In celebration of Earth Day, we’re bringing all of this together at our Sustainability Fair in Canton on April 25th. This family-friendly event will showcase sustainable vendors, local businesses, and organizations we’re proud to partner with, creating a fun and welcoming space to connect, learn, and celebrate.

There will be activities for all ages, including kite flying with @bluehillobservatory, upcycled clothing with @tous.caboose, informational tables with @revisionsolar, and more.
