Smart trainers, Garmin, Lights and Assos

Info night at Benidorm Bikes. Maybe it's too cold for you to ride outdoors...or maybe you need the right clothes...or maybe you need to understand all this tech related to riding indoors, optimizing your Garmin use and understanding all this lumen talk with lights. The evening will be broken into intros for each subject and then you get to explore your specific interests of the evening. Whatever it is, bring a friend and let's have fun dialing in your winter training and learning.
