Event Format:
• Pairing event – four ice cream and spirit pairings
• Led by Cave Operations Manager, Eric Rabin
• Seating for this event will be mixed groups of 8 at round tables.
Banana Jam – Tropical, fruity bananas blended with real vanilla bean topped with rum barrel aged honey
Paired with: Spiced Rum
Wild Blueberry Sumac – Wild blueberries cooked with salt-cured, equitably sourced Turkish sumac berries for a bright, tart, slightly savory finish.
