Papermaking with Todd Moe:

Join us for a hands-on Paper Making Workshop at Traditional Arts in Upstate New York on Friday, August 28th from 4–6 p.m. In this two-hour class, Todd Moe will demonstrate the fundamentals of traditional paper-making, and you’ll get a chance to create three different types of beautiful handmade paper. Perfect for beginners, this workshop offers a unique opportunity to explore texture, fiber, and design in a relaxed, supportive setting. The cost is $25 per participant. Your handmade sheets will be carefully pressed and dried off site, and will be available for pick up a few days after the class. Wear clothing and shoes that you won’t mind getting wet. Come dip your hands into vats of fiber pulp and discover the art of making paper from scratch!
