Nash incorporates many elements of this into her current recordings, while also drawing from her love of Folk, Country, and Americana.Lorraine remains authentic to her own style and songwriting sensitivity. In the wake of her debut album ‘All That I Can Be’ critic John Meagher said of Lorraine, “If Neil Young was the master at writing songs that get to the heart of the human condition, the same can be said of Nash's from-the-heart compositions.” In March 2025, she released the deluxe edition of her acclaimed debut album 'All That I Can Be' featuring four new tracks: ‘Winter Sun’, ‘Getting Started’, ‘Steel Hearts’, and ‘Carraig Aonair’. In June 2025, she opened for the legendary Hothouse Flowers on their UK Summer Tour before performing on the Acoustic Stage at Glastonbury. Earlier in the year, Lorraine appeared on Ireland’s biggest TV programme, The Late Late Show, performing a duet of ‘The Voyage’ with Mike Hanrahan (Stockton’s Wing) as part of the 20-year celebration of TradFest.2024 was a live breakout year, supported by Culture Ireland, with performances in Australia, The Cambridge Folk Festival, and major Irish festivals including All Together Now and Electric Picnic. She also supported the legendary Nick Lowe at the National Concert Hall, Dublin, and signed with live booking agency Midnight Mango for UK and European representation. Lorraine’s music has been featured on RTÉ Radio 1, Mark Radcliffe’s Folk Show (BBC Radio 2), BBC Radio Ulster, BBC Radio Scotland, and BBC Radio Wales. In 2025, Lorraine successfully completed a Kickstarter campaign to fund the recording of her highly anticipated second album. The project is co-produced with Grammy-winning musician and producer Ron Block, known for his work with Alison Krauss & Union Station. This collaboration brings together Block’s deep roots in Americana and Bluegrass with Lorraine’s distinctive blend of folk, traditional Irish, and contemporary songwriting influences.
