Innovation Expo

The Stark County Minority Business Association and the Minority Business Assistance Center invite you to the 2025 Innovation Expo on Saturday, May 17, from 11 AM to 3 PM at the Coleman Center in Canton, Ohio. This event is designed to support, connect, and celebrate local entrepreneurs and small businesses.

A variety of food trucks offering great food

Live product demonstrations

A pitch competition with a $500 grand prize

Vendor and Food Truck Registration:

General vendor fees: $25–$50

Food truck fees: $50–$75

Entry to the event is free. Attendees can RSVP or walk in.
