Holidays in grief…
Are you dreading the holiday season due to heartbreak and loss?
Come join us for a supportive and sacred space to share and be seen and heard. This program will take place over six sessions, Tuesdays at 2:30 – 3:30 pm, December 2, 9, 16 and January 13, 20 and 27 at the Canton Senior Center.
We welcome you for any and all losses you may be experiencing. This program will be facilitated by Maria Tollefson, BA, MA, CPC, CGE—who is an experienced Certified Grief Coach trained by David Kessler, a renowned grief expert.
To build intimacy and community we ask you to preregister and if you are able, attend all six sessions.
Cost is $42 for 6 week session.
