Others say they’ve been walking the Earth for over a thousand years, spreading chaos and glitter wherever they go. The truth? Nobody really knows where Joe came from—but what we do know is that they’re a queer icon in the Pittsburgh drag scene. Known for their campy performances, heart-winning humor, and a presence that can only be described as “divine, unhinged excellence,” When asked about their greatest accomplishment, Joe simply said: “Meeting Chloe.” (This bio was absolutely not written by Chloe.
