- **Event Description**: Brock Built Homes intends to have Holly Springs annex the piece of property immediately boarding The Falls of Cherokee and build extremely high density housing there. We believe they also want to ask Holly Springs to break their own guidelines and build more, closer together and closer to the borders than Holly Springs would normally allow, to increase their profit to the detriment of our community. This will cause more problems with U-turns in front of TFOC which already hasn’t been addressed by the city and is a daily danger to our citizens. Our schools can’t support this number of new families in such a dense area and putting super high density housing touching an established very low density community does not follow accepted city planning policies. 

Please join others in our community at this meeting they are having to “inform” us and show Brock Built Homes that this is not the type of project that belongs on that particular piece of land. We need to tell them that we do not accept them destroying our community for their profit. They will build this monstrosity and move on as they do, leaving us to deal with the aftermath which will be with our community forever.
